Understanding
I take time to listen, understand what brought you to the appointment, and help you understand the notary process.
I am currently completing hands-on training and supervised notarizations so I can begin serving independent mobile clients with confidence.
Welcome
If you've found your way here, chances are you're taking care of something important. Whether you're preparing for a major life event, helping a loved one, or handling everyday paperwork, I want to help you through this important moment with professionalism, patience, and genuine care.
I am officially commissioned as a Washington Notary Public. I am not yet accepting independent mobile appointments while I complete additional training and supervised practice. This website will be updated as soon as scheduling opens.
My Promise
I take time to listen, understand what brought you to the appointment, and help you understand the notary process.
I explain each step clearly while remaining within the legal limits of my role as an impartial Notary Public.
My goal is for you to leave feeling respected, informed, and more confident about what comes next.
Commissioned Washington Notary Public
Meet Kellye
I believe important documents deserve more than a signature and a stamp. They deserve patience, careful attention, and a Notary Public who understands that the moment may matter deeply to the person sitting across the table.
My approach is calm, respectful, and centered on helping each client understand the process. When something is missing or the law does not allow me to proceed, I want you to understand what the issue is, why it matters, and what may need to happen next.
“I believe every signature represents an important moment, and every client deserves to be treated with care.”
Preparing to Serve
Once independent appointments open, services are expected to include general mobile notarizations at homes, businesses, care facilities, and other agreed-upon locations.
Understanding the Process
Share the general type of appointment, location, number of signers, and preferred timing.
We will confirm identification requirements, fees, travel details, and whether your document includes notarial certificate wording.
Please bring the document, acceptable identification, and any witnesses required by the document or receiving organization.
I will verify identity, complete the required journal entry, perform the requested act, and complete the certificate.
Whether the notarization is completed or another step is required first, my goal is that you understand what comes next.
Frequently Asked Questions
Not yet. I am commissioned and currently completing hands-on training and supervised notarizations. Scheduling will open when I am fully comfortable working independently.
You will need identification acceptable under Washington law. Exact requirements will be confirmed before the appointment.
No. A Notary Public cannot choose the notarial act for you. The document preparer, receiving organization, or an attorney can tell you which certificate is required.
The notarization cannot be completed until the required certificate is selected and attached. I can explain what is missing and show general examples, but I cannot choose the certificate for you.
That depends on the requested notarial act. Unless you have clear instructions, it is best to wait so the signing requirements can be confirmed first.
Planned areas include Lynnwood, Edmonds, Mountlake Terrace, Shoreline, North Seattle, and nearby communities. Final service boundaries and travel fees will be published before appointments open.
